Fund of qualified investors
The Fund’s investment strategy is to provide short-term to medium-term secured loans to investment funds and their subsidiaries in the AVANT ecosystem. All loan recipients are in the AVANT IS structure and are directly or indirectly managed by AVANT IS.
Shares with full decision-making powers 100% owned by AVANT IS, which carry the right to vote at the Fund's General Meeting and to appoint/remove the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and the Investment Committee members, etc.
Secured share designed as a conservative investment for municipalities, public institutions, and conservative investors. It offers a preferential yield of 3M PRIBOR + 3% p.a. Subscription is available.
Shares primarily intended for investors investing higher amounts and investors with experience in this type of investment strategy. Right to profit and redemption, allocating the so-called performance bonus where all PIA returns above 3M PRIBOR + 3% p.a. belong to PRIA holders (the so-called performance bonus).
These shares are a medium-term conservative investment designed for municipalities, public institutions, and conservative investors. They offer a preferential yield of 3M PRIBOR + 1% p.a. Subscription is available.

Of priority shareholders (PIA)
The Fund's shareholders are primarily protected by a condition of providing loans up to a maximum of 70% LTV. Any loss of the Fund is allocated primarily to Preference Investment Shares (PRIA).
Rapid redemption of investment shares
JFor both Priority Investment Shares and Preference Investment Shares, redemption is within 6 months from the submission of the application.

We are publicly offering investments in Priority Investment Shares that provide a preferential yield of 3M PRIBOR + 3% p.a. These shares are secured by the fund’s preferred share capital. Furthermore, we are introducing a new public offering for Priority Investment Shares – 1 Year, which offer a preferential yield of 3M PRIBOR + 1% p.a. and include a redemption option after one year with no exit fee.
